Project 10

Nike ACG

Chuckanut Drive, WA

The Brief

A self-directed shoot built around the Nike ACG jacket — the goal was outdoor lifestyle imagery that matched the technical identity of the product: high-contrast, neon-forward, and visually aggressive. The objective was to show the jacket's versatility across multiple styling directions while keeping the imagery rooted in the Northwest environment ACG was built for.

The Approach

The creative direction leaned into contrast from the start — bright neon tones against the muted greys and greens of the Northwest. The 10–18mm Sigma wide-angle was the primary lens throughout, a deliberate choice to distort scale and give every frame an exaggerated, almost cinematic energy. Wide-angle shooting forces you to get close, which pulls the viewer into the environment and makes the product feel immersive rather than observed. Multiple styling configurations were shot to demonstrate range — the same jacket, different looks, same visual language.

The Result

The shoot demonstrated how technical outerwear can be styled and shot with editorial ambition — no brand brief, no studio, no agency. The images are available for licensing and campaign use.
